Definition :

The Eco-design is a strategy which consists in taking into account environmental dimension when designing of a product or a service. The environmental criteria must be integrated as well as the technico-economic criteria.

Two complementary visions make the Eco-design

    - Multi-criteria vision: taking into account of all the environmental impacts

• - Multi-stages vision: taking into account of the whole of the cycle of life

Objective: To consider the whole life cycle of the product by keeping its functionalities and by avoiding the transfers of pollution
